Return & Refund Policy

We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at Plej Fitness - you can return items within 7 days of receipt of goods if there is any issue with the product.

Please ensure that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact. If there is any issue with the product bought.

We'll gladly take it back within 7 days from the date of delivery, for that please send us pictures of the packaging and product(s) at info@plejfitness.com. If you have paid by card then we will reverse the payment within 7 working days.

If your return has been accepted, Keep the package ready with the original packing and the product tags. We will initiate a request from our courier partner and update you via email and SMS.

If an item is found damaged, missing, or incorrect as per your order & the description on our website, customers have to escalate a concern with us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us a picture of the packaging and products at info@plejfitness.com within those 48 hours (excluding gazette holidays & Sundays ). We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue a full refund through the original mode of payment.
